One of the highlights of the showroom is a lighting fixture designed by Principal Designer Rahul Mistri of Open Atelier in collaboration with Delta Light to create the world’s biggest circular track lighting – a 6-meter-wide lighting ring for his upcoming immersive retail project for ‘Vita Moderna’ in Mumbai, India. Recognising the need for a distinctive lighting solution for Vita Moderna’s new experience centre, Rahul Mistri collaborated with Delta Light to meticulously craft the Superloop system. The need for large-diameter rings pushed the boundaries of both design and functionality, establishing a new benchmark for lighting within expansive retail spaces.
Rahul Mistri’s vision for Vita Moderna’s latest experience centre was to craft a precisely controlled environment where light becomes a dual protagonist. The key to this lies in customisable illumination. The final design allows for adjustments based on changing exhibits, ensuring every product is presented in its ideal light. The system is envisioned to create dramatic spaces with warm undertones, further enhancing the visitor experience.
