Blending brand identity with functionality, Ahmedabad-based Studio Saransh has designed a dynamic new office for Cricheroes, that is vibrant and captures the youthful energy of its team.
Ahmedabad-based architecture firm Studio Saransh has designed the CH Office, a vibrant new workspace for Cricheroes, a tech company best known for its innovative cricket scoring app. Driven by a team of young, passionate developers and designers who live at the intersection of cricket and technology, Cricheroes needed a workspace that could mirror their energetic ethos. The CH Office was envisioned as more than just a place to work—it’s a thoughtfully crafted environment that fosters creativity, enhances wellbeing, and embodies the brand’s dynamic and forwardthinking culture.

One of the key elements of the design was the integration of Cricheroes’ brand identity into the workspace. The company’s primary brand colour—red—has been subtly and strategically incorporated throughout the office to strengthen brand recall and build a cohesive visual language across the space. Red accents are used to define various functional zones and inject vibrancy without overwhelming the senses. These accents appear in flooring patterns, furniture details, cable trays, acoustic panels, lighting fixtures, and even in the upholstery of sofas and other soft furnishings. The use of this colour palette not only reinforces the brand visually but also helps cultivate a sense of pride and belonging among the team.

The layout of the office includes a balanced mix of open workstations, collaborative zones, meeting rooms, a lounge area, and a reception. This variety of spaces is designed to support different working styles—whether it’s quiet individual focus, energetic brainstorming sessions, or informal catch-ups over coffee. The open layout encourages interaction while still offering moments of quiet and calm. Each zone is thoughtfully defined through design elements such as the red flooring accents and carefully curated furniture pieces that mark transitions from one area to another.

Natural light plays an important role in the overall experience of the CH Office. To maximise its presence, sheer, white linen curtains are used throughout the space. These lightweight curtains gently diffuse sunlight, casting a soft and calming glow across the interiors. The rest of the colour scheme is kept minimal and grounded, with soothing whites and earthy greys dominating the walls and surfaces. This neutral backdrop helps balance the vibrancy of the red accents and makes the space feel open, inviting, and comfortable.

In a subtle nod to the company’s cricket roots, large white walls across the office feature printed definitions of various cricket terminologies. These graphic elements add character to the space and serve as a daily reminder of the brand’s core identity and purpose. They also offer a unique source of inspiration and motivation for the team, weaving their passion for cricket into the very fabric of the office.
Another important aspect of the CH Office is its use of indoor greenery. A generous number of potted plants are placed throughout the workspace to add life, softness, and a sense of freshness. This touch of nature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to a healthier and more relaxed work environment.

Overall, the design of CH Office reflects a clear intention to craft a workplace that is not just visually aligned with the Cricheroes brand, but also attuned to the needs of its people. In a world that often moves at a relentless pace, this space offers a much-needed sense of calm, creativity, and connection. It is a place where the passion for cricket and technology seamlessly meets thoughtful design, resulting in a workspace that truly feels like home for the Cricheroes team.
