Manoj Chobey, Principal Architect, Design Avenues, says, “Optimizing a 9,000 sq. ft. area to accommodate diverse functions was no small feat. One of the significant challenges lay in balancing privacy with the need for open, collaborative spaces. Thoughtful zoning and space planning ensured that every corner of the office served a purpose. Sustainability was another cornerstone of the design, and eco-friendly materials were integrated without compromising on style or functionality.”

The architect further adds, “Understanding the client’s vision was paramount. Through extensive discussions, the Design Avenues team captured HPCL’s operational needs and brand identity.
