Explaining his vision behind the design process, Shailendra Sharma, Principal Architect, Shailendra Sharma Associates says, “As an architect, I have envisioned this project to be more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience that transcends the ordinary and immerses guests in a world of comfort and tranquility. Drawing inspiration from the timeless allure of desert oasis, our design ethos seeks to replicate the oasis’s harmonious coexistence of life and vitality within the arid embrace of the desert.” Spread across a whopping 7904 sq. m. of land and located amidst verdant landscapes, the resort serves as an oasis of luxury and reprieve, offering guests a great escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life. He further adds, “The resort embodies a fusion of contemporary design and natural harmony, where architecture seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape, creating an immersive experience that rejuvenates the soul. My vision is to craft a sanctuary that celebrates both luxury and relaxation, inviting guests to indulge in serene surroundings while leaving an everlasting impact on their lives.”
The entrance to the resort is a testament to the luxury and relaxation that awaits within. Features like fountains, gardens, and natural materials like stone and bamboo create a welcoming atmosphere, grounding the environment while exuding a sense of luxury. The layout plan has been meticulously crafted to prioritize user comfort and ease of navigation. Zones are carefully delineated to ensure seamless flow between spaces while maintaining a sense of coherence and accessibility. The banquet hall has been meticulously crafted to maximize its utility, boasting a spacious design located on the ground floor for convenient accessibility. Shailendra further informs, “Positioned adjacent to the entrance, it seamlessly connects to an adjoining spill-over garden area, enhancing its versatility. The layout has been strategically planned to facilitate direct service from the kitchen to the banquet hall, spill-over landscape, as well as the dormitories and other units, ensuring efficient catering operations. Offering a picturesque vista, the banquet hall provides an open view of the swimming pool and bar area, contributing to its aesthetic appeal. However, access to these areas is restricted from the banquet hall, maintaining a distinct separation while still allowing for visual enjoyment.”
Ascending to the first and second floors reveals a total of fifteen rooms on each level, complemented by one luxurious suite room, resulting in a combined accommodation of 30 rooms and 2 suites. Stringent adherence to fire safety protocols has been integrated into the design, prioritizing the safety and well-being of guests and occupants alike.
