Prasuk Jain Hospitality Ventures unveiled its landmark 10th outlet of The Game Palacio at Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai—it’s most ambitious outlet yet. As the visionary force behind acclaimed experiential brands such as Amazonia, Koa, Pink Wasabi, The Game Ranch, Snow World and many more, PJH Ventures has meticulously sculpted a new chapter in India’s lifestyle and leisure narrative. The concept is about multi-sensory indulgence: play, dine, socialize and celebrate; all under one roof. Every corner is designed to feel opulent yet energetic, balancing the vibrancy of gaming with the elegance of fine dining and mixology. Sharing more insights about the design inspiration of the space, Prasuk Jain, Founder of Prasuk Jain Hospitality Ventures, says, “The inspiration comes from a desire to blend the nostalgia of classic gaming arcades and bowling alleys with the sophistication of luxury hospitality. We wanted to create a space where a family day-out, a fine dining experience and a late-night party could coexist seamlessly – elevating the traditional gaming model into an immersive lifestyle destination.”

The design borrows from old-world casinos and grand palaces, but reimagined with contemporary materials, dynamic lighting and global styling cues. This creates a theme that feels timeless, glamorous and playful. Each venue is a study in curated indulgence, where immersive design and sensorial storytelling converge. Inspired by the grandeur of old￾world casinos and Art Deco elegance, the interiors reflect modern opulence; black marble textures, gold-trimmed archways, rich emerald lighting, and nostalgic yet contemporary detailing. Picture black marble textures, gold￾trimmed archways, rich emerald lighting, and Art Deco details, a space that nods to nostalgia while standing firmly in the now.

A custom-built 360° island bar gleams at the centre, flanked by plush lounge seating and bespoke chandeliers that turn lighting into storytelling. It is a realm where boutique bowling glows under moody gold lighting, cocktails are composed with the precision of fine art, and classic games are reimagined to evoke nostalgia through a contemporary lens. It’s not just entertainment, its engineered luxury. Five years ago, The Game Palacio opened its doors in Mumbai with an audacious vision.

Today, it stands as India’s first destination to seamlessly weave together gourmet gastronomy, immersive entertainment and haute nightlife within a singular, exquisitely designed setting. More than just a gaming arcade, The Game Palacio is an immersive universe, transporting its patrons into a realm of refined play. The games are where childhood nostalgia and cutting-edge innovation collide. Featured titles like Tomb Raider, Halo: Fireteam Raven, Super Swirl, To the Net, and Monopoly Roll-N-Go ensure there’s something to thrill every age, every vibe, every mood. Every detail is choreographed to seduce the senses and elevate nostalgia into an art form. Culinary indulgence follows suit, with a menu that traverses cultures and cravings. Think Crabstick & Caviar, Cajun Blaze, and the indulgent Palacio Caesar paired with signature cocktails like the Silken Road or the smoky Maracuya La Picante, each crafted with precision and flair. “The 10th Palacio is more than a location; it’s a reflection of our evolution.

We set out to create spaces that are tactile, visual and emotional extensions of joy.” says Priyanka Jain – Marketing Director, Prasuk Jain Hospitality Ventures. “With each new venue, our vision becomes more ambitious – not just in size, but in soul. Phoenix Palladium is the perfect canvas for our most refined expression yet, and as we aim for 50, we are building destinations that echo with imagination, connection and elevated celebration,’’ adds, Prasuk.

A dramatic entry with bold branding mirrors and warm lighting sets the stage and gives patrons a feel of stepping into a premium, entertainment-first venue. The Bowling Lounge has Boutique-style lanes with plush seating, mood lighting and side service for food and cocktails. It’s designed more like a lounge than a sports alley.

The Arcade Zone is a buzzing, high-energy area with the latest global arcade titles. The design uses neon trims, reflective surfaces and an open layout to keep sightlines alive.

The Island Bar is a 360° centerpiece bar designed as the social anchor of the space. Double-height back-bar displays, statement chandeliers and luxe finishes make it the heart of the venue. Dining & Lounge is a fine-dine inspired restaurant area with versatile seating. The space is accentuated with intimate booths to larger communal tables that transitioning easily from day to night, while the Private Lounge are flexible spaces designed for birthdays, corporate events and private parties. The interiors here use darker tones, soft furnishings and premium AV setups. As far as lighting is concerned, a layered mix of ambient, accent and feature lightings illuminate the space. Arcade areas use playful RGB lights, while bowling lanes and the bar shift to warmer, moodier tones to set the evening vibe.

Jewel tones (deep greens & maroon) paired with metallic accents (gold, brass & bronze) and neutral bases (smoked mirrors & dark wood) bring luxury and vibrancy together.

The material palette combines durable gaming-friendly materials with luxurious finishes like stone and terrazzo flooring, plush velvets and leatherettes for seating, Brass/bronze trims and detailing, mirrors and reflective glass for depth and timber and ribbed paneling to balance warmth with modernity.

“The Game Palacio is not a typical gaming arena or a restaurant it’s a destination. Designed fully in-house, each location carries its own unique identity while staying true to the brand’s luxe DNA. With every new outlet, we’re raising the bar for what immersive entertainment and hospitality can feel like in India, making it an experience worth revisiting again and again ,’’ concludes Prasuk.
