What impact has the Miyawaki Forest concept had on the overall appeal of Nahar Group’s developments?
The creation of a massive green cover like the Miyawaki Forest is a great initiative undertaken by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Nahar Group feels really privileged that the BMC has entrusted us with the responsibility of maintaining this urban forest, which also helps increase the green cover of our beloved city.
This initiative goes beyond enhancing the appeal of our developments; it underscores the importance of creating sustainable spaces that improve air quality and promote healthier living. Bees and Cubs, a state-of-the-art playschool and day-care was inspired by the desire to create a space where young learners can thrive with curiosity, creativity, and joy. The school’s open, vibrant layout, themed classrooms, and interactive spaces are designed to foster exploration and a love for learning. With an emphasis on nature, storytelling, and collaborative environments, we envision a future where children develop a lifelong passion for education, gaining confidence and creativity. This thoughtful design promotes holistic development, ensuring every child’s journey is exciting and inspiring.
What role do you see AI playing in the real estate sector, and how will it shape the industry’s future?

ZZ Architects designed the Nahar’s Nectarfield Clubhouse as a contemporary communal hub that fosters social interaction and strengthens the sense of community among residents.Its architectural style is a harmonious blend of modern design elements and natural surroundings, emphasizing openness, abundant natural light, and functionality. The project was significantly shaped by the personal involvement of Sukhraj Nahar, whose passion and attention to detail ensured that the Club House became a functional amenity and the emotional heart of the community. “Balancing luxury, comfort, and practicality was central to the design approach. The use of a refined material palette, coupled with thoughtful spatial planning and meticulous detailing, ensured a space that is both elegant and functional. Key features like the central courtyard, extensive natural light, and effective ventilation enhance the overall user experience. The inclusion of diverse amenities such as fitness zones, yoga spaces, recreational facilities, and F&B outlets caters to a wide range of needs, making the Club House an inviting and practical space for all residents.” explains Zubin Zainuddin.

The design seamlessly integrates animations and representations of real-world elements, effectively bridging the gap between imagination and reality. Thoughtful space utilization ensures that even structural and functional requirements—such as acoustics, lighting, and seating—become part of the interactive, aesthetically rich environment.
The preschool incorporates natural elements to create a connection with the outdoors, even within enclosed spaces. Green walls, faux treehouses, and spacethemed play zones contribute to the illusion of being immersed in nature. Acoustic panels mimic clouds and trees, while the triple-height atrium feature replicates a bright blue sky. These elements are complemented by an overall aesthetic inspired by organic environments, creating a therapeutic and stimulating atmosphere for children.
The design consciously limits the use of technology for young children, emphasizing visual, tactile, and behavioural exploration instead. “The materials chosen for the school prioritise safety, acoustics, and aesthetics. With classrooms, libraries, play areas, and cafeterias requiring acoustic segregation, the design incorporates vinyl flooring, carpeted spaces, and acoustic pinboards and panels.
Feature panels and sculptures also utilize acoustic materials, enhancing sound absorption throughout the building. The aesthetic focus includes vibrant, textured finishes, with an emphasis on artworks, wallpapers, and films to create engaging spaces for children”, says, Ar. Sunil Gambani.
